An Arts graduate inspiring the legacy of her father, the Late Sri P. K. Bheemaiah. Under her leadership, the school thrives on its guiding motto: “Do Well All You Do.”

A distinguished NCC cadet and accomplished sportswoman, Mrs. Chengappa has earned numerous accolades throughout her career.

Her honours include the Best Marksmanship and Best Mountaineer awards, Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Defence, and the distinction of being named the Best Cadet in Karnataka and the Second Best Cadet at the prestigious Republic Day Parade in Delhi. She was also awarded the Best Senior Championship title by her school in 1968.

Her achievements have been recognized in prominent national publications such as Deccan Herald and Prajavani, showcasing a lifelong commitment to discipline, leadership, and excellence. These values continue to resonate through the Daffodils community, where Ms. Chengappa remains a source of inspiration to one and all!

She served the Karnataka State Co- Operative Apex Bank for 38 long years in various capacities and took voluntary retirement as AGM of the bank in the year 2011.

Her flair to lead and surge forward with determination and courage are the footprints she leaves behind for all to follow.

He is a postgraduate in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. Futuristic in ideals and progressive in thought, he takes the school ahead, preparing it for the students of the next generation. He believes in integrating technology with teaching to make the school future-ready.

Dr. Aparna Ramaseshaiah
Principal

She holds an M.Phil. and a Master’s degree in English Literature, along with a B.Ed., and has over two decades of experience in the field of education. Over the years, she has served as a Teacher, Administrator, Vice Principal, and Principal in reputed schools across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Mrs. Anitha Harish
Vice Principal

She is a postgraduate in English Literature. She has been associated with Daffodils English School for two decades. She has been a Teacher, Academic Head for the Junior Wing, and the Subject Co-ordinator for English.

Mrs. Usha Ravi
Counsellor

She is a postgraduate in Psychology and is Montessori-trained. She was the third rank holder in the PGDCP course from Kuvempu University. She holds the distinction of being a Teacher and a Principal before moving on to become a psychological counsellor. Known for her pragmatism and empathy, she is sought by students and staff alike for support in academic and emotional challenges they may be facing.

Mr. Narasimha Murthy
Head of ICT Department

He has been associated with Daffodils English School for over 20 years. He has played a pivotal role in integrating technology into teaching. He has facilitated and trained teachers in the use of technology in teaching. He has brought out a book, Achiever’s Hub, which helps Tenth Graders score well in Computer Applications in the Council Exams.
