Professional Development of Teachers

To support the continuous professional development of our educators, a series of teacher training workshops are organised to enhance pedagogical skills, classroom strategies, and subject knowledge. These sessions are aimed at equipping teachers with innovative methodologies, digital tools, and effective assessment techniques to meet the evolving needs of learners.

The workshops provide a collaborative platform for teachers to exchange ideas, reflect on their practices, and gain insights from experts in the field. Emphasis is placed on student-centred learning, inclusivity, and the integration of technology in education. The training sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to ensure direct classroom application.

These capacity-building initiatives reaffirm our commitment to empowering teachers and fostering a culture of lifelong learning within our institution.

Teachers regularly attend workshops conducted by the council to familiarise and update themselves with changes in teaching methodologies, question paper patterns, question paper settings, content, etc.

Several workshops are also conducted by in-house faculty for the professional development of teachers.
